A Conversation with Cornish alum and commencement speaker, C.S. Lee!
C.S. Lee immigrated from South Korea at the age of 4. He grew up in Vancouver, Washington where sports played a big part of his life. He was the quarterback of the football team and also played basketball and tennis. However, his love for film and stage steered him through classical training as an actor. He graduated with his BFA from Cornish College of the Arts and his MFA from the Yale School of Drama. He spent almost 10 years in NYC performing in off Broadway plays, TV and Film. Ultimately he landed the role of Masuka on the hit Showtime series DEXTER which brought him out to Los Angeles. Known for his skills as a character actor he has performed in many Stage, TV, and Film projects over his 25 year professional career. He now resides in Los Angeles and despite the perfect sunny days he sorely misses the gloomy rains of the Pacific Northwest.
