The 2024 amendments to the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 take effect on August 1, 2024. The College’s updated policies and procedures will be published and posted here and in the Employee and Student Handbook updates for the 2024-2025 academic year. Current employees and students should also check their college email accounts for regular updates and information as it relates to the revised regulations.
