Human Resources Office Assistant (ST/FED)

Job Duties:

Provides organizational and administrative support including:

Data entry and clean up

Digitizing and uploading documents

Providing general support for mailing, filing, editing, and maintaining inventory in the office

Other duties as assigned including customer service and research when needed


Educational Benefits:

This position will allow students to learn best practices of general office maintenance and management, working with confidential information, and data entry. They will also gain skills in an administrative office setting and learn the basic ins and outs of the field.


Minimum Qualifications:

Computer & technical competency – including Microsoft Office, Google’s G Suite, and basic understanding of spreadsheets.

Skilled in: data entry, organizational and interpersonal communication

Ability to work independently, previous customer service experience preferred
