Job Description:

Provides organizational and administrative assistance including:

  • Tracking of various production materials including, but not limited to, scripts and access cards
  • Making copies of scripts and scores
  • Organization of show materials in the drive
  • Updating and distributing paperwork including calendars, schedules, and meeting notes
  • Assisting in tracking show materials budgets
  • Attending technical rehearsals

This position will allow students to gain practical, real-world experience working in production management and organization of productions. Learn large-scale management skills and practical problem-solving in a hands-on and fast-paced environment of producing a show.

  • Organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Computer competency
