Advancement Office Assistant (ST/FED)

Starting at 17.27 an hour.

Job Description:

Provides organizational and administrative support including:

Data entry and clean up
Digitizing and uploading documents
Assisting with events
Providing general support for mailing, filing, editing, and maintaining inventory in the office
Other duties as assigned including customer service and research when needed

This position will allow students to learn best practices of database management and data entry. They will also gain skills in an administrative office setting and learn the basic ins and outs of the field.

Minimum Qualifications:

Computer & technical competency – including Microsoft Office, Google’s G Suite, and basic understanding of databases
Skilled in: data entry, organizational and interpersonal communication
Ability to work independently, previous customer service experience preferred.
