Cornish College of the Arts is the Northwest’s premier visual and performing arts college. We offer a variety of courses and workshops for high school students, adults, and children. Summer at Cornish places you in classes with professional artists to hone your creative skills, gain a depth of knowledge about a particular arts discipline, and — for high school students — earn college credit and experience college life!

Summer at Cornish offers a variety of courses for artists of all age ranges and levels. Courses vary in price from $165 to $2000. If tuition is paid in full by May 3, 2013, a 10% discount is available. View individual course listing for specifics. Housing and Scholarships are available for students ages 15 to 18.

Our 2013 Programs

1. Art & Design
   July 8 – August 9
   
   The Art & Design program is designed to help students ages 15 to 18 unlock artistic talent and provide you with the skills and tools of the visual arts.

2. Dance
   June 3 – August 30
   
   The Dance program offers dancers age 4 to 18 a variety of intensives designed to encourage personal development and sense of artistic expression.

3. Music
   June 19 – August 16
   
   The Music program offers aspiring musicians ages 12 to 19 immersive, one-week learning experiences.

4. Theater
   July 8 – August 9
   
   The Theater program is designed to help students ages 15 to 18 focus on fundamentals of the craft — acting, movement and speech.
