Chamber Project is a six day camp where students get to experience playing in chamber music ensembles, create their own compositions and arrangements, and finally culminates in a performance their works in a one of a kind concert at PONCHO recital hall. Students work one-on-one with Cornish instructors and chamber music professionals to hone their ensemble skills and delve into their creative processes. The week will cover improvisation, interpretation, arranging, communication skills, ensemble rehearsals, leadership skills, sight-reading and more. We'll be diving into what it means to be a classical musician in contemporary times within the chamber music framework.
