Enrollment Verification

Cornish College of the Arts has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment verifications to parties outside of the institution. To verify the enrollment of a current student, contact the National Student Clearinghouse directly.

Occasionally, the Clearinghouse cannot verify enrollment even when a student is currently enrolled, such as when a student has exercised the right to restrict the release of information without consent. If such as situation occurs, please ask the student to contact Cornish directly to request the necessary verification.

How to Request Enrollment Verification from Cornish

Current students can request enrollment verifications using their Cornish Compass account. Former students may submit an Enrollment Verification Form. Requests may be submitted by mail, email, fax or in person.

If you are mailing your request, please allow 10 business days for mail and processing. For fax and email requests, please allow 3–5 business days for a response.

Please Note: The Registration & Records Office will be closed from December 22, 2017 through January 2, 2018.  Enrollment Verification requests submitted to National Student Clearinghouse or via written request will be processed after January 2, 2018.
