This class meets on Saturdays 11:30am – 12:30pm
Conditioning class is a full body strengthening for dancers. The exercises in class are inspired from Pilates, Yoga and high intensity training. The class focuses on strengthening the core, strengthening upper and lower body muscle groups, breath and balance work. All areas that are important to dance training.

Leotard or T-shirt tight fitting (ballet class color or black), tights (black) or leggings (black)
Non-decorative leotards only (ie: no mesh, lace, holes/cutouts, zippers), no halter leotards, no logos, no rips or tears
Warmups: At the discretion of the instructor, students may wear leg warmers or form fitting sweaters during colder weather
