This class meets on Saturdays.
Conditioning class is a full body strengthening for dancers. The exercises in class are inspired from Pilates, Yoga and high intensity training. The class focuses on strengthening the core, strengthening upper and lower body muscle groups, breath and balance work. All areas that are important to dance training.
Apply for the Cornish Extension Programs Scholarship!
Cornish is committed to making our courses available for youth students who demonstrate artistic and academic promise, financial need, and interest in the program by offering modest scholarship assistance. Cornish College reserves the right to change any final scholarship award based on the number of qualified applicants and available funding. Submit your application by September 3rd. Recipients will be notified by September 4th.

Discipline Additional Courses
Leotard or T-shirt tight fitting (ballet class color or black), tights (black) or leggings (black)
Non-decorative leotards only (ie: no mesh, lace, holes/cutouts, zippers), no halter leotards, no logos, no rips or tears
Warmups: At the discretion of the instructor, students may wear leg warmers or form fitting sweaters during colder weather
