Geoffrey Alm
Adjunct Instructor
A certified Teacher,Fight Director, and Fight Master with The Society of American Fight Directors. Trained as an actor at The Evergreen State College, and The Drama Studio London, where he received his first fight training, Mr. Alm began his association with the SAFD in 1986. He was a member of the First Certified Teacher class in 1987, was designated a Fight Director in 1989 when this category became a Certified position, and a Fight Master in 2005. As a Fight Director he has choreographed fights nationally at The Old Globe, The Shakespeare Theatre, Shakespeare Santa Cruz, Arizona Theatre Co., Huntington Theatre, Kansas City Rep, Montana Rep, and The McCarter. Locally, Seatlle Rep. Seattle Children’s Theatre, ACT, Seattle Opera, Seattle Shakespeare, Intiman, Seattle Public and The Village Theatre. He is a member of Actor’s equity, SAG-AfTRA, and SDC.
