Caroline Brown
Caroline Brown has been working as a facilitator in Applied Theater since receiving her MA in the practice from the University of Winchester, UK, in 2006. In 1997, she received her BFA in Acting from Emerson College where she studied intensively with the renowned Kristin Linklater. Her most recent Applied Theater work includes facilitating a project with military Veterans and their family members. Before that Caroline worked with AIDS widows in Kenya, incarcerated women in the US prison system, ex-offenders transitioning back into the community and refugee children in the UK school system.
In Seattle, Caroline has had the honor of working on multiple occasions with BABES Network – YWCA, a Sisterhood of women facing HIV together, where she helps the women there create full length group devised performances that address the hopes, dreams, and concerns of women living with HIV.
