Carol Roscoe
Adjunct Instructor
Carol is an actor, director, and writer. As an actor, her work has been seen in Chicago, Tucson, Phoenix, Washington, DC, and New York. Locally: ACT Theater, Seattle Children’s Theater, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Book-It Repertory, and Intiman Theater. Film work includes: Gamers:Dorkness Rising, The Dark Horse, and The Whole Truth. Favorite directing credits: The American Clock, Love’s Labors Lost, The Magic Flute, End Days, The Vertical Hour, Retreat from Moscow, Halcyon Days, and Bug. A frequent guest artist for Seattle Children’s Theater Drama School, directing credits there include Beauty Idol, Speak, As You Like It, Midsummer Nights Dream, and Pride and Prejudice among many others. Her original works for the stage include The Martini Bros. Holiday Showcase and Girl!. In 2011, she was nominated by the Gregory Awards Committee for Outstanding Actress for her work in the world premiere of Pilgrims Musa and Sheri in the New World. She holds an MFA in Classical Acting from George Washington University (The Shakespeare Theater), and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Chicago.
