Housing
Limited housing will be available in the Cornish residence halls for summer program participants over the age of 15. Special supervision, programming, and entertainment will be planned for residents between the ages of 15-18.
Cornish Housing is located in an urban location near our Main Campus Center, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Seattle and the Space Needle. Individual rooms are much larger than typical residence hall rooms and each has its own private bath.
The cost of living in the residence halls is $300 per week, per person, based on double occupancy. A surcharge for a single room will apply. An additional $150 refundable damage deposit is charged to all residents. Damage deposit refunds are issued four to six weeks after the program ends, less any incurred cleaning or damage charges.
Because of the high demand for space, on–campus housing fills quickly and not all students are able to secure residence hall space.

Living in campus housing can be a great learning experience and a lot of fun. Cornish housing is staffed and supervised by Resident Advisors. Cornish Resident Advisors are live–in staff members who oversee all aspects of residential life. Resident Advisors are currently enrolled Cornish College students who are trained in community building, problem solving, and emergency procedures. Additional information regarding residential policies will be provided to accepted applicants.
Meals
The Cornish Café is located our Main Campus Center, close to student housing and classes. It is open Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm (hours are subject to change). Meal plans are optional and range in cost from $85 to $350, depending on the Summer at Cornish program and meal option desired. More details about the meal plan will be provided with notification packets for students accepted into the Summer at Cornish program.
