Take a graceful leap into the world of dance and creative play. Dancers will begin the day with creative movement.  We will explore how the body moves through pathways, direction and space. Gaining locomotor and fine motor skills will be a major focus, as well as learning a dance sequence.  Through creative exploration with props such as wands, hats, chairs, and feathers, dancers will stimulate their imagination.  Dancers will learn to make movement choices, and to work with music. Interactive storytelling will complete each session. Open showing of the dancers’ interactive stories for families and friends held on Friday July 9, 2010.
