Course Description
Music for Film affords high school students, ages 14-18, who have little or some basic skills in Garageband and/or Logic an opportunity to write their own soundtracks to Hollywood blockbusters. Students will have a choice of scoring scenes from films ranging from Action/Adventure to Documentaries. A number of guest film composers as well as filmmakers will share with the students their experiences in the industry. The workshop culminates with a Saturday showing for supportive family and friends.
