An Artistic Community
The residence halls provide an artistic community in an urban location near the main campus center (MCC) for 256 residents, just a few blocks from the heart of downtown Seattle, the Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle.
Individual rooms are much larger than typical residence hall rooms and each has its own private bath. Additionally, we offer a variety of services, programs, and events designed to promote a developmental and cohesive community.
Research shows that students who live in a residence hall during the freshman year are more successful in achieving their educational goals. Full-time incoming freshmen and new transfer students are given priority for residence hall living; continuing Cornish students are also welcome and contribute to our dynamic community.
