The Cornish Student Accounts Office works with students and families to manage charges for each student. Tuition, Fees, Housing, Meal Plans, Health Insurance and Parking are among the fees we manage.
Bills are mailed 30 days prior to the beginning of each semester. Tuition, Housing and Meal Plan charges are due 10 days before the beginning of each semester. Payment plan information is mailed out in April, May, and June, and the payment plan begins July 1st.

Students and parents can look up student account information at any time through our OCAP System. Students are sent OCAP account information, and may then invite parents as users. The OCAP system can be used to: make ACH payments, send E-Checks, make credit card payments, look up balances, print old bills, set up bank accounts to receive refunds from Cornish, and to receive important announcements. Please see the OCAP Instructions (PDF, 20kb) for more information.
Note: Cornish will no longer cut paper checks to students, as we will be making all refunds through the OCAP System. It is mandatory that students register in the system.
