SEATTLE, WA – Cornish College of the Arts welcomes Bill Irwin — the multi-faceted, Tony Award-winning actor, MacArthur Fellow, and star of stage and screen – as the special guest at the annual fundraiser to support the Cornish Scholarship Fund. Cornish Celebrates an Evening of the Arts will be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Towers, 1400 Sixth Avenue in Seattle on Sunday, November 18.

Mr. Irwin will be joined by Cornish students and alumni melding music, dance, theater and visual art under the magical touch of Seattle’s ultimate showman, David Koch, for a unique and surprising evening of breathtaking artistry.

Tickets are $250 to $1,000 per person or $2,500 to $10,000 for tables of ten. Patrons at the $500 (individual)/$5,000 (table) levels and above are also invited to an exclusive VIP reception with Bill Irwin and President Nancy J. Uscher at the beginning of the evening.

Program:
• 5 pm VIP Reception with President Uscher and Bill Irwin for eligible patrons
• 5:30 pm Cocktails and mingling, immersed in music and art

Support of the Cornish Scholarship Fund has immediate impact. Our patrons’ generous gifts make it possible for the next generation of artists to fulfill their dreams and find their voices. Funds raised at this annual event ensure that Cornish students continue to receive the distinctive, holistic and personalized arts education that launches them into the world to become the artists, citizens and innovators they are meant to be.

Cornish Celebrates an Evening of the Arts is supported by Vulcan, Key Bank, The Rainier Group and Chateau Ste. Michelle.
