Neddy at Cornish - Deadline Feb. 3

Neddy at Cornish - Deadline Feb. 3

Recently described by The Stranger as “the holy grail of arts awards in Seattle,” the Neddy at Cornish awards two $25,000 unrestricted awards—one in painting and one in any medium or combination of media grounded in the visual arts—to artists living and working in the greater Puget Sound region. Six finalists also each receive $1,000 awards, and all of the artists’ work is featured in a group exhibition. The application deadline is today, Feb. 3; apply online here.

The Neddy at Cornish is an annual artist award program supported by the Behnke Foundation and housed at Cornish College of the Arts in memory of Robert E. (“Ned”) Behnke and in celebration of his life as an artist.
