Assistant or Associate Professor of Voice

Department: Music

Reports to: Department Chair

Supervises: n/a

Pay Grade: Assistant or Associate Professor ranking commensurate with education and experience. Full-time

Purpose:

Teach beginning through advanced vocal students in a four-year program leading to a Bachelor of Music degree.

Responsibilities:

1. Teach courses in music curriculum as appropriate including:

2. Provide individual instruction in voice to music students

3. Participate in core faculty institutional service, including:

4. Perform and record on a regular basis so as to maintain a national and/or international profile as a practicing vocal artist
