Raymond Maxwell
Professor
Raymond Maxwell holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University, a Master’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Washington. He has undertaken further studies at Sacred Heart University (Connecticut), Herzen University (Saint Petersburg, Russia), and Harrison Middleton University. A recipient of Fulbright scholarships (The Netherlands, 1989 and Poland/Czechoslovakia, 1992), several National Endowment for the Humanities summer fellowships, as well as a Civic Education Project Fellow (Armenia), Raymond was also Senior Vice President at Global Education Services. Raymond has taught, guest-lectured and presented papers at a number of universities and colleges in the United States and Europe. He has been on the faculty at Cornish College of the Arts since 1986.
