Pay Grade: C, Non-exempt; Full-time; $29,400 – 32,000 DOE
Purpose:
Assists in maintaining all buildings and grounds in order to help facilitate an effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1. In conjunction with the Facilities Director, assists in maintaining all buildings and their grounds by:
2. Performs various tasks in all of the construction trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, boiler maintenance and treatment, etc.)
3. Purchases supplies via the web or at various locations.
4. Communicates effectively with College staff, faculty, and work study students regarding buildings and grounds issues.
5. Completes projects in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
6. Provides guidance to other team members in regard to daily tasks when needed.
7. Supports general functions of the Operations Division.
8. Other duties as assigned.
