Use your customer service skills to assist with the oversight of all front of house activity for mainstage and studio productions including, but limited to: selling concessions and tickets, checking in comp tickets, handing out programs, ushering and communicating and facility clean-up after the show. Additional responsibilities include making pre-show speeches and coordinating the start of the show with the Stage Manager.
QualificationsPosition starts in fall. Previous customer service, retail and cashiering experience preferred. Must be willing to commit to three-hour shifts on evenings and weekends and travel to off-campus performances. Please be reliable and have good verbal communication and leadership skills.
