Some of these databases are licensed to the Cornish College Library and access is restricted to Cornish students, faculty and staff. If you are connecting from off campus you will need to use your Cornish ID number to login.

- A general, broad subject database.
- Recommended for all research projects.
- Includes full-text articles as well as citations and abstracts.

Covers all topics. Contains citations, abstracts, and full-text articles (some with images) from over 8,000 journals, periodicals and newspapers. Coverage: 1984 to present. ProQuest is provided jointly by the Washington State Library and Cornish Library, and is funded in part with federal LSTA funds (Library Services and Technology Act). |

- Digital image database (with descriptions for each image).
- Recommended for all research projects

ARTstor is a digital library of art images, associated information, and software tools designed to enhance teaching, learning and scholarship. ARTstor contains approximately 400,000 images of Art, Design, Architecture and Archeology, Dance, Music and Theater from a wide range of cultures and time periods, with initial strengths in European, American and Asian cultures. New images are being added constantly. Coverage: Neolithic to present. |

- A collection of subject-specific databases (plus
a few with more general scope).
- Recommended for all research projects.
- Includes some full-text articles as well as citations and abstracts.
- Most of these articles will only be available online or at other libraries.
