My curious mind and passion for harmony serve me well as a strong foundation for creativity. Graphic design is a great venue for me to combine my artistic talent with practical skills. I like to organize things around me from functional and aesthetic perspectives looking at every problem as a messed up room that I have to put in order.

Researching my projects, I seek to find original ways to obtain the knowledge that will solve design problem. I believe that good design is smart, and as simple as possible.

For my thesis project “Relationship with Food” I take a deeper look at the recent massive promotion of healthy food images in the United States and the psychological mechanism behind it. The subject combines my two passions: food and information. The problem of modern society is too much controversial information around: the magazine ads and television make us wish to wear size 0 and at the same time we are encouraged to eat more fast food. There is barely any education available on what healthy eating is and how our eating habits affect our mental and physical health. My goal is to draw a bigger picture of a richest nation that is overfed and undernourished by showing how unbalanced diets affect people’s bodies.
