Photographs capture moments. It’s in these flashes of time that, if a person really pays attention, they can find true inspiration. I find that I am most inspired by looking at simple structures from an intriguing viewpoint. An ordinary object can become significant if you give it just the right twist.
My love of photography has helped guide my interior designs. Dynamic angles can bring a sense of intrigue into an otherwise plain plan. Light and shadow can make or break a room. Melodious color combinations are vital to creating the perfect setting. And most importantly, if any of the components are out of balance, the entire composition falls apart.
I find equilibrium in passions like photography. They keep me grounded and lead me to create more meaningful designs.
