Samuel Wildman

Samuel Wildman grew up in Seattle Washington¹s majestic Northgate neighborhood, home of America¹s first covered mall. It was there, drawing the glistening banks of Thornton Creek that he first developed the appreciation for the arts that led him to earn a BFA in Sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design in 2009. Since then, Wildman has held numerous positions within the Seattle art community; as a free-lance preparator, an art handler, a specialty crate builder, a kiln technician, and a clay delivery man.  In his studio, as in his career, Wildman pursues a broad range of interests including writing, drawing, object making and place making. Currently he is working on casting a light saber in Arctic Force, Old Spice Deodorant and preparing a series of drawings for an upcoming show at the Davidson Gallery in Seattle WA.
