2008 Annual Seattle Alumni Reception

Over 100 Cornish alumni, faculty, staff, and trustees from all disciplines and generations gathered in May for the 2008 Annual Seattle Alumni Reception at the Seattle home of NBBJ, the innovative, international design firm, and employer of many Cornish alumni.

Reunited peers reminisced about their Cornish experiences and subsequent accomplishments. Wonderful refreshments were accompanied by a jazz trio lead by Mack Grout (MU ‘08), and guests received tours of NBBJ’s open and airy office space from Cornish alumni / NBBJ designers Robinick Fernandez (DE ‘06) and Jamie Drzayich (DE ‘08).

The highlight of the evening was the unveiling of the new and improved Cornish Alumni Website with greater connectivity, including an events calendar listing Cornish alumni activities all over the world and the opportunity for former students to receive lifelong Cornish e-mail addresses.

Cornish is proud of our alumni and their personal and professional accomplishments. We hope all of you continue to stay in touch - especially with the aid of the updated Alumni Website (http://www.cornish.edu/alumni) - and we hope to see even more of you at the 2009 Annual Seattle Alumni Reception next spring!
