Lomax Debuts Heart Breaker
One night only! Cornish’s Phillip Lomax [TH ’13] — seen lately on TV’s “X Factor” — presents Heart Breaker, a new single, as part of performance at Raisbeck.
Word has it this is going to be a great show. In fact, it’s going to be a Heart Breaker: that’s the title of Phillip Lomax’s new single. For one night only, Lomax, a Cornish senior, will de buting this new, original music live at Raisbeck Performance Hall. During the performance, he will be talking and singing about the bliss and heartache of relationships.
The event is free. The show will be 40 minutes, doors opening at 7:30 and starting
at 8pm. Public is welcome.

Phillip Lomax is an alternative pop sensation by day and cool crooner by night who made his recent international debut as a finalist on Simon Cowell’s hit television show “The X Factor USA,” on which he sang for millions of viewers in the U.S. and around the world. His cover of Rihanna’s Please Don’t Stop the Music became an overnight sensation and was well received by Rihanna and LA Reid. Prior to appearing the show, he studied Acting at Cornish and maintains a strong drive towards his original craft. Currently, Lomax is working on two exciting recording projects that are planned to be released in the very near future, has returned to his Alma Mater to finish his degree by this December, and is playing shows around the world.
