Academic Transcripts
The Office of Registration & Records processes transcript requests. In order to release student and alumni transcripts, a written and signed request is required. Students or alumni can request transcripts in person in the Registration & Records office or submit the written request by mail or fax. Please fill out the Transcript Request Form. If you are unable to print the form, the following information should be included in the request.
- Name – Note: If the student’s name has changed, include the name currently on record
- Signature
- Birth Date
- Social Security Number
- Approximate Dates of Attendance
- Phone Number – In case of questions while processing the request
- Mailing Address – Where to send the transcript(s)
Cost
Official transcripts cost $5 each and are in a sealed envelope; unofficial copies are free. Payment is accepted by check or credit card (i.e. Visa or Mastercard).
Current students may access their unofficial transcripts on Compass.
