Alumni Services
- Alumni Library Card
There is an annual registration fee of $50, to be renewed by May 1. After November, new borrowers may register for a fee of only $25. This service allows you to check out materials from the library’s collection, but unfortunately it does not include access to the online research databases because of licensing agreements with database providers. Request library instruction for a specific class or assignment by contacting Heather Sheppard. - Class Reserves
Place materials on reserve for a class. Learn more about class reserves. - Video & CD Holds
Ensure that the video or CD you want to show in class will be available. Place it on hold ahead of time. Learn more about video and CD holds. - Proxy Services
Faculty, academic staff, and visiting scholars may request up to two proxy patrons to check out materials in their name on their behalf. Depending on the need, proxy services may be requested temporarily for a single semester or academic year. Permanent arrangements may be considered. High quality digital images or slides. Help with organizing your images or choosing appropriate presentation software for the classroom. Learn more about the Image Collection. - ARTstor
Faculty may request “Instructional Privileges” to ARTstor. This level of access allows faculty to create course folders with image groups. Faculty manage these folders and can set up student folders for the sharing of images and comments. If you are interested in this level of access please contact Bridget Nowlin for additional information and to set up a training appointment. - Copyright & Fair Use Resources

Copy Centers
Video Rental
On 15th Video on Capital Hill supports local teachers and their classes with free video rental for classroom use. Please be aware of the following policies:
- Need to show Cornish Faculty ID card.
- Videos used in the classroom are not charged a rental fee for the first seven days.
- After seven days, regular rental rates and policies apply.
- Videos not returned within seven days will be assessed extra day charges and are subject to collection.
- New Release videos are not available free of charge.
